 Unit number 8 at TorchLight Resort Condominium Association has available storage for rent. There are three types of space available.

  1.  Indoor (not heated) Includes electrical power. ------------->  Monthly rate = Length x Width x $8.00 divided by 12. (((L x W) x $8.00) / 12)
  2.  Covered Storage Includes electrical power. ---------------->  Monthly rate = Length x Width x $7.00 divided by 12. (((L x W) x $7.00) / 12)   
  3.  Outdoor ------------------------------------------------------------>  Monthly rate = Length x Width x $6.00 divided by 12. (((L x W) x $6.00) / 12) 

  Example:  Boat on trailer that is 10 feet wide and 20 feet long for indoor storage.   (((10 x 20) x $8.00) / 12) = $133.00 per month.) 

  •  Indoor - Large 40 x 40 pole barn with both a single garage door entrance and a large sliding door for larger vehicles.
  •  Covered - The pole barn has covered overhangs on both sides. These are capable of storing veicles or equipment up to 15 x 40.
  •  Outdoors - There is ample room in the backyard of unit 8 to store boats, trailers, Motor-Homes, etc.

Pole barn has 2 entry doors. One standard garage door and a large sliding door for larger vehicles.
